Every Beyond Roots family chooses the membership tier that fits their child’s stage and needs. All care follows American Academy of Pediatrics clinical guidelines and is delivered right in your home—no waiting rooms, no rushed visits.
Beyond Roots membership is not health insurance.
Families maintain standard insurance for care outside the membership.
A recurring membership supports ongoing, relationship-centered pediatric care. Contact the practice for current rates.
Standard insurance remains important for specialist, hospital-based, emergency, and other care outside the membership.
Tier structure and visit frequency follow your child from the newborn stage through young adulthood.
Visits happen where your child is most comfortable, with ongoing connection through the practice’s available communication channels.

Clear expectations help families understand what membership covers—and when outside coverage or an additional charge may apply.
Membership + insurance
Membership is not health insurance. Families should maintain coverage for emergency, hospital, specialist, and other services provided outside Beyond Roots.
Testing + outside labs
Select in-home point-of-care testing is included. Other on-site tests are billed at whole sale cost. Standard screenings requiring outside laboratory services are referred to LabCorp when applicable.
Vaccines
Counseling, planning, and record-keeping are included. Vaccines are not included in membership and may be available à la carte or by referral. Supply is limited; call ahead to confirm availability.
Medications + referrals
Eligible labs, medications, and procedures may be available at discounted rates. On-site medication administration may carry a reduced additional cost, and referral coordination is included when outside care is needed.
